A Message from the Owner - June 2025
Happy June! Can you believe we're already stepping into summer? This month is filled with milestones.. the end of the school year, Father's Day, and the official start of a new season. June reminds us that life moves in cycles, and each one brings with it the gift of renewal. Every single day, we get a fresh opportunity to begin again.. with new eyes, new strength, and a deeper faith.
This time last year, I was navigating one of the most profound journeys of my life.. caring for my father during the last eight months of his life. He had been diagnosed with Lewy body dementia and Parkinson's. We didn't have a lot, financially or physically, but we had love, faith, and time. Those months were not easy.. far from it. There were days I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure how we would make it. But every single day, we found something new: a new challenge, yes.. but also a new moment of grace, a quiet triumph, or a shared smile that reminded us we were still living, still growing, still connected.
I believe this is what Jesus meant when He spoke of being born again. Not as a one-time event, but as a daily choice. To rise again after falling. To keep believing when things are unclear. To forgive, to love, to start over. Each morning offers us that invitation.. to live in gratitude, to see the possibility in the hardship, and to know we're not walking alone.
I often think God allowed that season with my father so we could both grow closer to Him.. and to each other. The experience tested and refined me in ways I'm still uncovering. It broke me open and filled me with more compassion, humility, and awareness.
This summer, as the seeds we planted in spring begin to bear fruit, may we also see the fruit of our inner work. Maybe not everything is perfect. Maybe we're still waiting for a breakthrough. But if we stay soft in heart and open in spirit, the blessings always find their way to us.
So if you find yourself struggling or weary, remember: today is a new opportunity. A new beginning. You are being shaped into something stronger, wiser, and more radiant. You are enough. You are supported. And you are deeply loved.. by your Creator, by life itself, and by those around you.
Let this summer be your season of renewal.
With gratitude, Linda Osorio
Ps: Here is your affirmation of the month: "Each day, I am reborn with strength, grace, and purpose."
